Paul Colleary

Paul has been helping clients in Eastern Massachusetts buy, sell and rent residential, commercial and investment property for more than 15 years. Growing up in Quincy in the 70s and 80s, and watching the transformation that took place over that time, Paul believes in the power of real estate to not only transform a person or family's life, but also that of communities. Paul founded Dream Realty during the 2008 financial crisis, working tirelessly to build a place where clients and agents alike feel welcomed, encouraged, and empowered to make informed real estate decisions and investments. He is committed to improving communities through his work, specifically through advocacy for fair and affordable housing. He is a member and past chair of the South Shore Fair Housing Committee, and as a resident of Cohasset is a member of the town's Planning Board and Affordable Housing Steering Committee.
